🟠 Strava Beacon support
Track Your Team now supports Strava Beacon: follow your Strava-equipped runners live, exactly like Garmin and COROS. The runner enables Beacon in the Strava app (iPhone or Apple Watch); a link is sent to them by SMS, which the coach pastes into Track Your Team.
Real-time position, track, distance, elevation gain and progress along the GPX route — just like the other sources. Three live sources are now available: Garmin LiveTrack, COROS and Strava Beacon.

⛰️ Elevation gain (D+) matching Garmin Connect
Elevation gain is now computed with a new "valley-to-peak" algorithm, the same principle GPS watches use. Values match the official Garmin Connect figures, for every source (Garmin, COROS, GPX) — no more underestimated elevation.
📱 Wi-Fi tablet support
The app is now visible and installable on tablets without a GPS chip (Xiaomi Pad, Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi…). An External GPS option in the settings lets you enable coach mode with a Bluetooth GPS receiver.
🧭 Auto-north button
A new compass button lets you choose whether the map re-orients to north after a rotation. Disable it to freely align the map with the race direction. The default state of the map buttons (centering, zoom, north) can be saved in the settings.
🌦️ Smarter weather
- Route reconnaissance: load a GPX without a runner to preview the weather across the whole track (perfect the day before a race).
- Forecasts at real pace: alerts ("rain at km 32 in ~50 min") account for each runner's average speed, instead of a fixed estimate.
- More stable and readable weather banner and markers, heat alert threshold lowered to 28°C / 82°F.
