🌬️ Before you go: weather at a glance
Open the app, enable your position then the weather — that's it. Around you:
- live wind: animated particles show the flow, colored by speed — headwinds, crosswinds and valley corridors read instantly on the map;
- rain on the radar, with the last-hour animation (🎞️ button) to see whether that front is coming your way or moving off;
- the conditions at your position: sky, temperature, wind.
💡 Already know where you're heading? Load the GPX of your route: the weather is then sampled all along the track — altitude-corrected temperatures, rain/wind/storm alerts on the sensitive spots, transitions shown on the map. A selector on your card switches anytime between the route weather and yours.
🔗 One last thing before you head out: start your position sharing (Garmin LiveTrack, COROS or Strava Beacon — see the runner guide), send yourself the link and add it to TyT. It will matter during the ride… and even more afterwards.
🚴 During the ride
Phone on the handlebars or in your pocket: with auto-centering, the map follows you like a navigation app, with the animated wind and the radar around you. Pick your marker in the settings (emoji + color) — that's you on the map.
Going long? The battery tips from the runner guide apply to you too (screen off, Wi-Fi off, sharing itself uses very little).
🎬 Afterwards: your people, and the Relive
Thanks to the link you added before heading out, your family could follow you during the ride — and when you're back, the app gives you the Relive: an animated replay of your route with its highlights (highest point, max speed), ready to record and share.
All of this is free
Pro mode is only about how many runners you can follow at once — solo use is free, with no account and no ads.
